These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tech4Build's SaaS platform and related services ("Service"), operated by Biz Oxygen AI. By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 01
Use of Service
Our SaaS platform is provided on a subscription and licensed basis. By using Tech4Build, you agree to the following terms of use:
- The platform is made available under a paid subscription or licensed arrangement as selected at the time of sign-up.
- You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws of India and your jurisdiction.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
- You agree not to share, transfer, or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
- You agree not to use the platform to transmit spam, harmful content, or to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
Section 02
Subscriptions & Payments
Access to the Tech4Build platform requires a valid, active subscription. The following payment terms apply:
- All subscriptions are billed in advance — either monthly or yearly, as per your selected plan at the time of purchase.
- Payment details provided must be valid, accurate, and kept up to date. You authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where payment is overdue or fails, without notice.
- Subscription renewals occur automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Pricing may change with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Suspension due to non-payment may result in data being inaccessible until the account is brought into good standing. We are not liable for any losses arising from a suspended account.
Section 03
License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all fees, Tech4Build grants you the following limited rights:
- A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the software solely for your internal business operations.
- You may not sublicense, resell, distribute, or grant access to the software to third parties without our prior written consent.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform or any component thereof.
- You may not create derivative works based on the platform without express written permission.
- This licence terminates automatically upon expiry or termination of your subscription.
Section 04
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in and relating to the Tech4Build platform belongs exclusively to Biz Oxygen AI:
- All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, website, platform design, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary methodologies remain exclusively with Biz Oxygen AI.
- Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You receive only the limited usage rights expressly granted herein.
- Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by Biz Oxygen AI without obligation or compensation to you.
- You retain all rights to the content and data you upload or create on the platform ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process your User Content solely to provide the Service.
Section 05
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship as follows:
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms.
- We may also terminate accounts for extended non-payment, illegal activity, or actions that harm other users or the platform.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately (or at end of billing period for user-initiated cancellations).
- Following termination, we will retain your data for 30 days during which you may request an export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the following limitations apply:
- Biz Oxygen AI / Tech4Build is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Section 07
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Specifically:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
- You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us first before initiating legal proceedings.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech4Build / Biz Oxygen AI with respect to the subject matter herein.
